In cooperation with the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, our institute successfully conducts integration courses aimed at social and vocational integration of our foreign fellow citizens.
inlingua Dortmund has been a competent service provider for languages for more than 25 years. Native-speaking trainers will instruct you in our integration courses for German. Each year, several hundred adolescents and adults participate in our integration course and pass them with the German Certificate (B1).

Basic Language Course for Beginners
The basis language course consists of three modules, each with 100 tuition units, in which you learn the vocabulary of all important areas of everyday life and the world of employment.
The topics covered include for example, everyday situations, shopping, social contact with friends and neighbours, public transport, contact with the authorities, looking for a place to live and leisure time activities.
Advanced Language Course for those with Basic Language Skills
The Advanced Language Course consists of three modules, each with 100 tuition units. With this course you will practise the correct use of familiar and new words and will become proficient in the use of the German language.
Additional topics, such as writing letters in German, filling out forms, conducting telephone calls, applying for a job and social contact with people from other cultural groups, are also covered.
Our committed employee, Ms. Ulrike Weber has been responsible for the ‘Learning German in Dortmund` courses for many years. Besides organisational tasks, she advises the participants in the module selection and all questions concerning subsidy.
